About
Michael Landver has dedicated his life to working for the greater good of the community. He is a longtime activist and successful businessman in Los Angeles. Since 1976, Owner Michael Landver, ML Fine Jewelry Manufacturing Company has designed, manufactured and distributed fine jewelry to many of the leading dignitaries throughout the world. His work as a corporate citizen is also globally renowned.

In 1986, Landver co-founded the Russian Synagogue in Hollywood to help unite Jews, empower them with knowledge of their Jewish tradition and cultivate them with a deeper connection to Judaism’s rituals and faith.

Landver also co-founded the Association of Soviet Jewish Emigres (ASJE), a community based organization with the express goal of helping in the absorption and acculturation of newly arrived immigrants from the Former Soviet Union.
​
Through ASJE, Landver acquired much experience in dealing with problems of the community. Landver became the foremost representative in matters of legislation, social problems, educational programs, individual and group support for immigrants, low income families, youth and children.
Landver was also involved with the West Hollywood Russian Community Center (WHRCC) as its vice president. The WHRCC provided free of charge services for newly arrived, low income families to help them adapt to the American culture. In the WHRCC, Landver helped create programs that would help families have a smoother transaction and adaptation to the American society with programs that included information and referral services, concrete and advocacy services, orientation seminars, cultural programs, translation services, citizenship programs, volunteer training, and furniture distributions. WHRCC illustrated the need and became an essential connecting link for hundreds of people.

Today, Landver has co-founded a non-profit food bank called Community Distribution center (CDC) to aid families who are struggling to make ends meet. The organization collects food from a variety of sources to feed 500+ families per month with dry, refrigerated, and frozen food items; personal care and cleaning products, and much more.
​
In 2020, Michael Landver began supporting and getting involved with a dynamic group of professionals at a non-profit named Cactus Garden Opportunity House, which is a large 33-bed Drug and Alcohol Treatment Facility in Orange County, CA.
Landver is also a Board member of the Russian American Medical Association.
From the University of Kiev in the Ukraine, Landver received a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering.

Michael received A Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition in recognition of his outstanding and invaluable service to the community from Brad Sherman, California Congressional Member and A Recognition of Service to the People of Los Angeles from the City Of Los Angeles, which was awarded to him by Paul Koretz, District Councilmember.
